Parijaat is a tranquil one-acre property nestled in the heart of Anjuna, surrounded by lush nature
Hosts Kavita and Manoj, along with their family, reside in the main house on the property
The guest cottage, located adjacent to the main house, offers complete privacy for visitors.
The cottage consists of two rooms, available for rent either individually or together.
Guests have access to a swimming pool, expansive gardens, and a well-stocked library for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
A common area, called The Parijaat Room with a TV, books, and ample space to relax, is open to our guests.

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in (before 12:00 PM) or late check-out (after 2:00 PM) can be accommodated at a half-day rate, subject to availability.

Rates: Inclusive of taxes and breakfast.
Meals: While we don’t provide additional meals or snacks, you can explore Goa’s vibrant culinary scene. If you order through food apps, we’ll happily set the table with crockery and cutlery. Please do not forget to clear food waste to avoid attracting rodents.
Laundry: On-site laundry facilities aren’t available, but we can recommend reliable dry cleaners and laundries nearby.
TVs: To maintain the peace and quiet at the property, cottage rooms don’t have TVs. However, the Parijaat room is equipped with one.

Children under 8 years: Stay free when sharing the parents' room.
Children above 8 years or a third guest: Additional charge of ₹2000 per person per night.
Extra beds: A maximum of one extra bed (a comfortable floor mattress) is allowed per room.

Booking Policy: 100% advance payment is required to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds are provided for cancellations. However, we’re happy to offer equivalent night stays for the amount paid on alternate dates, subject to availability and any rate differences.

Pool Rules: Guests are requested to wear proper swimming attire while using the pool. T-shirts, shorts, and track pants are not permitted.
Supervision: Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
Towels: Extra towels for swimming are provided in your room. If you need more, feel free to ask—we’ll be happy to assist!

Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is provided for your room.
Staff Services: Our staff primarily takes care of the main house, grounds, and residents. The Parijaat experience does not include additional guest services from them.

Drinking Water: The water in your room is filtered from our kitchen. We avoid single-use plastic and do not provide bottled water.
Beverages: A selection of teas, infusions, and coffee is available in the room. If you prefer a specific brand, please let us know in advance. We will try to procure it for you, or you may bring it with you.

Guest Areas: Guests have access to their room, the verandah of the guest cottage, the garden with loungers, outdoor dining area, and the swimming pool, which is part of the main house. The pool can be accessed via a few steps from the garden. The gazebo and tables around the pool are also available for use.
Private Areas: The remaining spaces are for the residents of the main house only, and we ask that you kindly respect these boundaries.
Entry Policy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Friends of guests are not allowed to enter.

Parijaat offers a peaceful, verdant experience, and we kindly request that guests refrain from loud music or disruptive behavior to maintain the tranquility. We trust that this serene atmosphere is one of the reasons you've chosen to stay with us and appreciate your respect for this.
While we love the birds and animals that visit, we ask that you avoid feeding them to help maintain the natural ecosystem. Please also ensure that no food is left exposed outdoors. Thank you for your understanding.

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or around the swimming pool.
We also have a strict no-drug and no-vaping policy on the property. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests.

We recommend transport options, Goa experiences, and restaurant suggestions based on our personal experiences. We do not receive any cash or kind in return from these establishments.
